My Key Focus Areas:

1
Infrastructure & Development
Cibolo is an amazing city to call home and has a bright future ahead. As the city grows however, our infrastructure (roads, water, sewer, drainage, and emergency services) must also keep pace. Development should be done with thoughtful consideration to the feasibility of growing infrastructure to meet demand. In these trying economic times, every tax dollar must be used wisely. As a council member, I will work to ensure that the city exercises responsible fiscal stewardship of your tax revenue. To meet the demands of our growing district and city I would support measures to increase the small and medium business footprint in Cibolo.
2
Police, Fire & Emergency Services
Our brave public servants that safeguard our community deserve the utmost respect, support, and funding necessary to do their jobs. As a fellow public servant, I’ll strive to empower their efforts while on City Council. It's an honor to serve and be the voice for those who have answered the call ensuring Cibolo's residents are safe.
3
Military Families, Veterans & Seniors
As a proud wife of a current Service member, I know all too well the rigors of military life on a family and those called to serve. I’ll work to support Cibolo’s efforts for veterans, mililtary families and our Seniors in the community. Serving those who have served with distinction in the military and our Senior citizens whose contributions have enabled our success is paramount.

4
Cultivate Quality of Life for Residents
As a mother of 5 children, I consider Cibolo a great place to raise a family. Our city continues to experience growth and sustaining quality of life is essential. Upon joining City Council, I’d like to work with leadership to make Cibolo a destination city for families and new business investment. I will proudly serve our Citizens for the betterment of our District and City.
5
Foster a Culture of Trust
Cultivating trust in City leadership is critical to successfully serving the public. I'll work diligently to establish synergy with City Council while developing a clear picture of current and future opportunites facing our City. In doing so, I'll foster a culture of trust and collaboration for Cibolo residents to best represent them in District 5.
About Me

I am proud to have the opportunity to run for Cibolo City Council District 5. I grew up on the Northeast side of San Antonio most of my childhood and graduated from Judson High School. Working my way through college while attending night school at the University of Incarnate Word required considerable effort and time management but was worthwhile as I achieved a Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance. This was an incredible accomplishment being the first to graduate college in my family. I established a successful career as a Mortgage Loan Officer for almost a decade before deciding to become a stay-at-home mom when my husband deployed to Iraq with the Texas Army National Guard. Stepping away from the Mortgage industry opened new opportunities to engage the community and make new friends as a Group Exercise Instructor at our Schertz and Cibolo YMCA's. This endeavor provided me the flexibility to invest time raising my kids while fostering lasting friendships in our community. Having lived in the Northeast area since childhood, I’ve witnessed firsthand the city’s development from rural farmland to suburban metro. After 23 years of marriage my husband and I along with our 5 amazing children (ages 9, 11, 15, 16 & 18) are happy to call this lovely city our home. We have the best neighbors anyone could wish for, and we’re thrilled our children will grow up in this amazing community of Cibolo. Our family is very involved in serving others as this is deeply rooted in our Christian faith. We believe that through Faith in God, we can demonstrate the love of Christ in service to those in our community. It is with great anticipation that I welcome the opportunity to represent Cibolo residents and the bright future that lies ahead.
